Refund policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
To initiate a return, please contact us.
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution.
